We are elated that you want to make Temple your church home and we welcome you with open arms. Now that you have become a member, you're probably wondering what's next.
The first step is to attend new member orientation class.
The purpose of this class is to make Temple membership meaningful by educating new members about our church, the theology and doctrine we adhere to, to help you grow in Christ, and to fulfill God’s purpose for the church. The goal is to lead as many people as possible from the church community (uncommitted persons) to participation in the church core (those committed to ministry with their time, talent, and tithe). When you’re ready to become a member of Temple Baptist Church, you can sign up online below or in person on Sunday morning. You must attend the New Member classes held on Sunday mornings at 8:50 AM in the E.W. Ward Community Center located on Temple’s campus.
